pk58 reserves the right to decline any registration request at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for that decision.
pk58 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the pk58 cashier at the time of deposit.
All deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. pk58 reserves the right to return funds to their source and close the associated Account where a third-party deposit is identified.
Deposit transactions are generally credited to the Member's pk58 wallet within a short time following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pk58 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, connectivity issues, or banking system delays.
pk58 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are not within pk58's control.
All funds held in your pk58 Account are held for gaming purposes. pk58 maintains segregated player fund accounts in accordance with its licensing obligations.
Withdrawal requests may be made by Members who have a positive Real Money Balance in their pk58 Account. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting designed solely to clear bonuses without genuine play, or any other manipulation of bonus terms — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Balances, and may result in forfeiture of Real Money Balances at pk58's discretion.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the outcome recorded on pk58's servers, the server-side record shall be the authoritative record for settlement purposes.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Gaming involves financial risk. By using pk58, you acknowledge that you may lose the funds you wager. pk58 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through normal gameplay. Please wager only what you can afford to lose.
pk58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member via the payment method on record, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus Balances are not returned upon Account closure under any circumstances.
